BOOKING AND SECURITY DEPOSIT Once the provisional request has been received, we will contact you to make arrangements for confirming the booking. To confirm, a deposit of £100.00 is required. Please note: Any provisional booking made will not constitute a firm reservation until the booking deposit has been made. FINAL BALANCE OF HOLIDAY PAYMENT The final balance payment is due 4 weeks before your departure date, together with a further security deposit (details below). Bookings made within 8 weeks of the departure date must be paid in full and sent with your completed booking form and security deposit cheque. Upon receipt of the final balance, including the security deposit, we will liaise with you regarding keys and directions to the property. SECURITY DEPOSIT A Security Deposit cheque of £100 is due along with the final balance payment to cover any unreasonable breakages or damage to the property. This is usually made in the form of a cheque, which will be returned to you no later than 14 days after the apartment keys have been returned to us and depending upon the property being left clean and undamaged. The security deposit is a way of ensuring that the apartment maintains it's high standard for all future guests. CANCELLATIONS Any cancellation of the booking must be immediately submitted in writing and will involve the following cancellation charges:- 8-4 weeks prior - 50% of total holiday charge 4-2 weeks prior - 75% of total holiday charge 2-0 weeks prior - 100% of total holiday charge FORCE MAJEURE We accept no liability to pay compensation in respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control including Acts of God, War, riots, civil strikes, floods, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions or any events beyond our control. LIABILITY / INSURANCE You are advised that you are occupying a private apartment and therefore are responsible for your own health and safety in respect of any loss, personal accidents or damage sustained by you or any member of your party during your stay. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance, to cover cancellation, accidents/ illness or damage and theft. POOL The pool and its surrounding areas are used at the guest's own risk. All children must be supervised when using the pool. We accept no responsibility for any loss or personal injury from using the pool and it's surrounding area. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE Please note that the apartment will be available from 15.00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00hrs on the day of departure (unless agreed prior to your arrival by us). This allows time for cleaning and inspection.
